The police has searched everywhere in town and have yet to find him. He didn't really have many friends here. The ones he had don't know where he is.
I still have been trying to call him, but getting no answer. I even tried emailing him, but nothing. Eric is smart. If this is something he had been planning for a while, he would have known they would check his computer first. That might be the reason why he took it with him.
You know when someone is like murdered or disappears you start asking yourself the "what if" questions. You know what if I did this, what if I did that. Would it had made any difference. The police think that he may indeed have been planning this months in advance. Of course, based on my experience with them, I take whatever they say with a grain of salt. I can understand him not telling me, but I had the right to know.
I start summer school tomorrow. I don't know how I'm going to concentrate with all this going on.

maybe he just needs some time alone. I would love to just disappear like that sometimes. I do hope you hear from him soon though

I know you wish he'd told you, but if you think about it from his side - if he had planned this out ahead of time - if he'd told you that could compromise his plans. I know that's not a good reason, I'm just trying to point out why he might have chose not to tell you. I know it must be really hard on you -hugz-
Haven't they tried tracking his phone? If he took it and he turns it on, it would bounce off the phone towers and they'd be able to pinpoint where he is at.
